01. Acceptance
By accessing vaultprobe.com or using the Vaultprobe application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vaultprobe.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Automyxor Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
02. Authorised Use Only
Vaultprobe is designed exclusively for authorised security engagements. You must have explicit written permission from the owner of any system, device, or facility before using Vaultprobe to capture, analyse, or report on it. Unauthorised use may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and/or the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006. Automyxor Ltd accepts no liability for any use of Vaultprobe without appropriate authorisation.
03. Permitted Uses
- Authorised physical penetration testing engagements with a signed scope of work
- Security research conducted on systems, devices, and facilities you own
- Educational use in controlled test environments and lab settings
- Red team engagements conducted under written contractual authorisation
- CTF (Capture the Flag) competitions on designated challenge infrastructure
04. Prohibited Uses
- Capturing credentials, card data, or RF signals without explicit authorisation from the system owner
- Cloning access cards, key fobs, or credentials belonging to others without permission
- Using Vaultprobe against any system, network, or facility you do not own or have written permission to test
- Reselling, rebranding, or presenting Vaultprobe-generated reports as your own proprietary product
- Any use that violates applicable UK or international law
- Targeting critical national infrastructure without explicit government authorisation

The Vaultprobe software, brand, and website are copyright © 2026 Automyxor Ltd. All rights reserved.
PDF reports and evidence packages generated by Vaultprobe from your own capture data are owned by you. Automyxor Ltd claims no rights over the content of reports you generate.
06. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vaultprobe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Automyxor Ltd does not warrant that Vaultprobe will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. No output from Vaultprobe constitutes legal, compliance, or professional advice.
07. Limitation of Liability
Automyxor Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or misuse of Vaultprobe, including but not limited to damages arising from unauthorised use, data loss, or report inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automyxor Ltd's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to Automyxor Ltd in the 12 months preceding the claim.
08. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Users in other jurisdictions use Vaultprobe subject to their local laws in addition to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the application of mandatory local consumer protection or data protection laws that apply in your country of residence.
