Privacy Policy
01. Introduction
Vaultprobe is a product of Automyxor Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with vaultprobe.com and the Vaultprobe application.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

03. What Data We Collect
- Email address — collected only if you sign up for the Vaultprobe waitlist
- No capture files — all processing happens locally on your machine (see Section 4)
- Technical data — IP address and browser logs collected automatically for website operation only
- Analytics — page view data, collected only with your cookie consent
04. How Vaultprobe Processes Data
Vaultprobe is currently available as a locally-installed application. When running locally, all capture files are processed on your machine and never transmitted to Automyxor servers. Your client data, evidence files, and generated reports remain under your complete control at all times.
A hosted version is in development. When available, a separate privacy notice will cover data handling for cloud-processed engagements.
The only data that leaves your machine is what you explicitly submit via our website (e.g., your email address to join the waitlist).
05. Lawful Bases (UK GDPR Article 6)
- Legitimate interests — for website operation, security, and analytics (where anonymised)
- Consent — for analytics cookies and any non-essential tracking
- Contract performance — for communications related to your waitlist signup
06. Waitlist / Email Data
If you join the Vaultprobe waitlist, your email address is collected via Kit (formerly ConvertKit), a third-party email marketing platform.
- Your email is used only to notify you when Vaultprobe access opens
- Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send
- Kit's privacy policy is available at kit.com/privacy
07. Data Retention
- Waitlist emails: retained until the product launches or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first
- Website server logs: retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Capture file data: not retained by us — all processing is local to your machine
08. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@automyxor.com. We will respond within 30 days.
09. Cookies
Vaultprobe.com uses:
- Essential cookies — required for the website to function; no consent required
- Analytics cookies — only placed with your explicit consent
You can manage cookie preferences at any time via your browser settings.
10. International Data Transfers
Vaultprobe processes all capture files locally on your machine regardless of your location. No engagement data is transmitted to Automyxor Ltd servers. The local-processing architecture means your client data never crosses borders — it remains on your device from capture to final report.
The only personal data that may be transferred internationally is your email address if you join the waitlist, which is processed by Kit (ConvertKit) under appropriate data transfer safeguards.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at vaultprobe.com/privacy-policy.html. We will notify waitlist subscribers of material changes by email.
12. Contact and Complaints
For any privacy-related questions, contact us at contact@automyxor.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have not handled your data lawfully.
