01. Relevant UK Legislation
Use of Vaultprobe without authorisation may constitute offences under the following UK legislation. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful.

02. International Users
Users outside the UK are responsible for compliance with equivalent legislation in their jurisdiction. Computer access laws, wireless communications regulations, and authorisation requirements exist in most countries including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (USA), the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime (EU/Council of Europe), and equivalents worldwide. Vaultprobe must only be used where local law permits.
03. Your Responsibility
By using Vaultprobe, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary written authorisations before capturing, analysing, or reporting on any system, device, or facility. You accept full responsibility for ensuring your use is lawful and within your authorised scope.
Automyxor Ltd accepts no liability for any harm, legal proceedings, or damages arising from use of Vaultprobe outside of an authorised engagement.
04. Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of Vaultprobe being used outside of authorised engagements, or for any illegal purpose, please report it to us at contact@automyxor.com.
We take misuse seriously and will cooperate with law enforcement agencies where required.
